Cocktail of the Week: Serpent's Tooth


Oh, did you think I would be so carried away with my Tiki fever that I would leave you without advice for Saint Patrick's Day?  

Of course not!  While I know the traditional imbibement is beer, if you are like me you find yourself too fascinated by all of the bottles behind the bar to settle for something from the tap! So I bring you: The Serpent's Tooth!

Here is your bonus weekly cocktail:

  •  1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ oz irish whiskey
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz kummel
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • ¼ tsp sugar optional

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir.  Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy! Sláinte!
